Singly they are great marinated and then barbecued or baked, basting with the glaze while cooking so they become well coated.
These have some meat, but not enough to be classed as chops, however they are excellent roasted or barbecued marinated in a chinese sauce for spicy flavouring.
Rack of Ribs
A family favourite, great for midweek meals. Tender and tasty. Ideal for grilling, roasting or on the BBQ. Cut thick, so they stay extra juicy.
This is where many bone-in chops come from as well as joints which can be bone in or boned which is sometimes stuffed and rolled. A meltingly tender roast with a crispy layer of crackling
All cuts available, choose from our large selection of pork chops, steaks, roasting joints, shoulder, fillet and tenderloin. Freezer packs of aprox 15 lb are also available,1 weeks notice is appreciated. Just ask if there is anything extra you require and we will try our very best to deliver.
